Free cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the transfer time are free of charge. A partial fee may apply for later cancellations.
How to cancel
Simply send your cancellation or change request via WhatsApp or phone. It is complete once you receive our confirmation message.
Refunds
If you prepaid and cancelled within the eligible window, your fare is refunded to your original payment method.
No-show
If you are not at the agreed pickup point and time and do not contact us, the fare may be non-refundable.
Changes
We try to make date, time or route changes free of charge subject to availability.
